Monthly Smart Living Seminars, which offer members a nutritious lunch, social interaction and informative presentations from health care and business professionals,

Preventive Health Services
Senior Gold members are entitled to reduced-fee or complimentary wellness services including:
Blood pressure checks at the monthly Smart Living Seminars,
Health care screenings and seminars,
Flu shots,
Senior fitness activities, and
Physician referrals.
Parking
One hour parking validation is available for the Houston Street Garage (at the corner of College St. and Navarro) and discounted parking is available at the South Bank Lot (at the corner of Crockett and Navarro).
Senior Gold members receive a 25% fee discount in the Nix Medical Center parking garage.
Transportation Service
Senior Gold members receive a 50% fee discount for transportation services provided by the Nix. Transportation is complimentary when traveling between Nix Health facilities. For transportation arrangements or information, please call 210-579-3041.
